A Stonebriar Community Church Fellowship Class
Marathon Fellowship is a multi-generational group focused on Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and serving others—both at Stonebriar Community Church. and through missions around the world. We meet weekly on Sundays at 10:45 a.m. in B219. Our current teacher is Dr. Stephen Kim, Professor of Bible Exposition at Dallas Theological Seminary. Previous teachers have included Dr. Stanley Toussaint, Wayne Stiles, and Rhome van Dyck among other guests.

Marathon Men’s Bible Study sponsored a special summer session on Biblical Prophecy led by Mike Milstead. Mike has traced how prophecy already-fulfilled in the Bible is used as a source of encouragement for folks in the Bible as well as us. How much more should we be motivated and strengthened by prophecy yet-to-be-fulfilled which is sure to happen, whether in the near or far future. John Alexander introduces the teaching with a poem he wrote for the occasion.

Evantell founder Larry Moyer introduces Blair Foster as the new CEO, affirming the ministry’s commitment to its core values: clear presentation of the Gospel, careful handling of Scripture, and grace. Blair shares his testimony of finding grace and being equipped by Evantell and outlines the ministry’s expanded vision, including Fertile Ground, NextGen, and Leadership Equipping initiatives, while upholding the core values. He then teaches from Mark 12:13-17, stressing that believers, made in God’s image, owe their entire lives—time, talent, and treasure—to God.
