"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us."

Scripture: 2 Peter 3:1-13
Rhome van Dyck presents a study of Peter’s encouragement for advancing the Gospel and Holy Living in tough times.
Scripture: Selections from the Book of Acts
Wayne Stiles teaches from the Book of Acts that God’s purpose for us includes the journey, not just the destination. Closed doors merely represent an essential part of God’s plan to move us forward.
Scripture: John 7:1-10, 37-39
Wayne Stiles teaches from John 7 that we want God to act immediately, but His timing sees the big picture. The Lord promises us our waiting will be worth it—and He provides a wonderful picture of what we’re waiting for.
Scripture: Genesis 1:1–Revelation 22:21
Wayne Stiles shares the story of the Bible, from beginning to end, offering a perspective of history that reminds us of the power and mercy of our God.
Scripture: Luke 24:13-49
Wayne Stiles teaches from the book of Luke that much of our sadness comes from clinging only to parts of the Bible. The better we understand the whole Bible, the better we’ll understand God—and ourselves.
Scripture: Selections from Mark 8-10
Wayne Stiles teaches from the book of Mark that the cross we carry in life reveals our expectations of following Jesus, and Christ is willing to disappoint our expectations now so that we’ll have greater joy in the resurrection.
Scripture: Matthew 7:1-6
Wayne Stiles teaches from the book of Matthew on Jesus’ famous words in Matthew 7:1: “Do not judge so that you will not be judged.” Did Jesus mean never to judge? If so, how do we apply His other words that say we must?
Scripture: Selections from the Book of Zechariah
Wayne Stiles teaches from the book of Zechariah that our primary motive for our spiritual activities is God’s glory.
Scripture: Haggai 1
Wayne Stiles teaches from the book of Haggai that the time will never be “just right” for putting first things first. But keeping God’s priorities first pleases and glorifies Him—and benefits us beyond any temporary compromise.
Scripture: Zephaniah 3
Wayne Stiles teaches from the Book of Zephaniah that only the death and resurrection of Jesus provides the potential to reveal and to heal our shameful secrets.
